Q allows multiple users to your portal. The “Admin” user has access to all accounts and documents. All other “Users” can be divided into groups. Q can also be used to give your clients access to the portal. You can give clients “Restricted User” access to the portal allowing them to only see their relevant documentation. Q allows the involvement of customers and suppliers into the quality management process. They can receive and initiate Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions and New conformance requirements.
